JSC Ukrnafta Prospects

The strategic objective of JSC Ukrnafta is stabilization and prospective growth of oil and gas production at the expense of escalating of the stocks and resources, raising the investments into oil and gas production development and integration into the global oil and gas sector.

By the specialists of JSC Ukrnafta was developed corporate restructuring program that should ensure the following:

 Further optimization of the system management;

 Effective raising of the investments using diverse financial instruments, entering the international capital markets;

 Changes in the organizational structure;

 Creation of the vertically integrated company. Solving the above mentioned tasks will enable considerable growth in the geological survey and development drilling, and increasing the presence of the final products of oil and gas processing on the markets.
