About Us

"Naftogasbudinformatika" LTD was established in 2003 by reorganization of "Naftogasbudinformatika" association founded in 1990 by the enterprises of the oil and gas industry of the former Soviet Union. Today "Naftogasbudinformatika" is a leading independent information and analytical consulting agency of Ukraine specializing in reforming, restructuring, setting-up of joint-stock companies and privatization in the oil and gas sector.

For the time being our experts have developed the following:

• The oil and gas complex development's Strategy;
• The Concept on establishment of vertically integrated oil and gas companies in Ukraine;
• The System of financial analysis of the activities of oil and gas companies;
• The Programme of law-making in the oil and gas sector;

By now "Naftogasbudinformatika's" law-making is represented particularly by making the extremely actual for Ukraine documents, such as Regulatory rules on the access to Ukrainian gas pipeline system and official laws: Law of Ukraine "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the taxation of enterprises profit" (VR N2712-III on 20.09.2001) and Law of Ukraine "On rental oil, natural gas and gas condensate payments " (VR N1456-IV on 05.02.2004).

Specialists of "Naftogasbudinformatika" LTD took part in the making of The National program of Ukraine "Oil and gas of Ukraine to 2010", "Strategy of development of an oil-and-gas complex of Ukraine to 2030 and future outlook", the 2003 message of the President of Ukraine to the Verhovna Rada of Ukraine. Works on realization of some important projects of reforming of the oil-and-gas industry of Ukraine are executed, including on creation of:

• National joint-stock company (NJC) "Naftogas of Ukraine";
• Open joint-stock company (OJC) "Ukrtransnafta";
• Holding Joint-Stock Company "Ukrnaftoprodukt".

Our company makes ready offers concerning reforming structure and bases of activity of NJC "Naftogas of Ukraine"; foundation of the gas market of Ukraine, including creation of gas stock exchanges, ways of adaptation of the power legislation of Ukraine for requirements of the European community.

"Naftogasbudinformatika" LTD is also participant of preparing and realization of the investment projects on a regular basis. Now it takes part in the international investment project "Sakhalin - 2" (Russia) and the project of oil products transfer complex construction in Feodosiya, Crimea (by capacity of 4 millions tons of dark-colored stocks and heavy oil per year).

Consulting activity is carried out on such basic directions:
