State company "Naftogas of Ukraine" has transferred to Fund of the state property (FSP) company "Azmol" (Berdyansk, the Zaporozhye region) for its privatization.

Chairman of FSP Michael Chechetov has told about it at press conference. As he said, privatization of "Azmol" can already take place in 2 months.

He has noted, that at first the Fund of state property will carry out preferential sale of a part of "Azmol's" shares to its workers, and the control packet of shares will be sold at tender.

On February, 12 intention to take part in privatization of "Azmol" was declared by company "Ukrtatnafta" (Kremenchuk, the Poltava region).
