The press - release Transit of oil through Ukraine in January - April was reduced to 6,7 % Kyiv
The volume of transit of oil on territory of Ukraine in January - April, 2006 was reduced by pipeline transport to 6,7 % (on 0,762 million tons) in comparison with the similar period of 2005 - up to 10,610 million tons. As informed from the Ministry of fuel and power of Ukraine on Monday, the volume of transfer of raw material for the oil refining enterprises of the country for four months has made 4,040 million tons - on 32,7 % (on 1,961 million tons) less, than in January - April, 2005. Accordingly volumes of transportation of oil on pipeline system of Ukraine in January - April of a current year were reduced to 15,7 % (on 2,723 million tons) in comparison with the similar period of the last year - up to 14,650 million tons. Transportation of oil on system " the Main oil pipelines "Druzhba" for four months 2006 has made 7,391 million tons ( reduction on 5,4 %, or on 0,426 million tons), on system " Prydniprovskiy the main oil pipelines " - 7,259 million tons ( reduction on 24,0 %, or on 2,297 million tons). As it was informed, transit of oil by results of the last year was reduced to 3,6 % (on 1,167 million tons) - up to 31,376 million tons, volume of transfer for internal consumers - on 31,7 % (on 7,111 million tons), up to 15,322 million tons.
