The Naftogaz of Ukraine new owner

Corporate management of the National joint-stock company (NJSC) "Naftogaz of Ukraine " is transferred to the Ministry of fuel and energy. As Minister of fuel and energy Sergey Yermilov informed journalists in Lvov.

The decision about corresponding changes in the NJSC Articles of Assosiations is approved at the Cabinet of Ministers session on January, 15. "It" is absolutely logical. The government includes 21 person, and NJSC can not be controlled be such structure, cannot operate the corporate subject of business activity ", - Yermilov declared.

He noted that "there is no interventions of the government in business activity of the company".

Yermilov also noted, that the Ministry has experience in management of many such companies, including the companies "Zapadenergo " and "Lvovoblenergo".
