Ukrainian oil production up 0.8% in first 10 months

Ukrainian oil companies increased production of oil and gas condensate by 0.8% from 3.088 million tonnes in the first 10 months of last year to 3.113 million tonnes in the same period this year.

At the same time, oil production fell 0.4% from 2.163 million tonnes to 2.155 million tonnes, a source in the republic's Fuel and Energy Ministry told Interfax.

In particular, in the first 10 months Ukrnafta increased oil production (including gas condensate) by 0.2% from 2.34 million tonnes to 2.344 million tonnes , with oil production up 0.9% from 2.005 million tonnes to 2.022 million tonnes.

Oil production including gas condensate at Naftohaz Ukrayiny subsidiary Ukrgasbydobubannya fell 0.6% from 577,200 tonnes to 574,000 tonnes, with oil production down 2.8% from 77,900 tonnes to 75,700 tonnes.

Growth in production of oil and gas condensate at Chernomorneftegaz amounted to 31.8% (from 57,300 tonnes to 75,500 tonnes), including a 26.2% increase in oil production - from 6,100 tonnes to 7,700 tonnes.

Poltava Gas Oil Company reduced oil and condensate production 27.8%, while production at Nedra Ukrainy fell 28.2%.

Bogorodchanyneftegaz increased oil and condensate production 84%, UkrKarpatOil - 94.5%, Kashtan Petroleum - 173.9%, Plant - 20%, Ukrneftegaztekhnologia - 332.5%, Borislavskaya Oil Company - 11.1% and Oberton-ugol - 11.1%.
