Procedure of access to gas transmission system (further - the Procedure)
is developed according to legislative acts of Ukraine "On pipeline transport", "On natural monopolies" and "On licensing of the certain kinds of economic
activities"; "Regulations of the National commission of regulation of the power
industry of Ukraine", authorized by the President of Ukraine decree ¹ 335/98
of April 21, 1998; "Rules of providing gas supply services to the population",
authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decision ¹2246 of September
9, 1999; conditions and rules of licensing and the control over their performance
in areas of transportation of natural and oil gas by pipelines, and also in the
adjacent markets of natural gas storing and its supply under regulated and not
regulated tariffs...
